I received a faulty regulator. I emailed about it, then I finally called about it after no response.
The operator on the call said he would send me another one and to give the old regulator back to the courrier. However, this has not happened, I’m still here with an unusable regulator, waiting for over a week later for delivery confirmation / tracking of the courrier. Dreadful service so far.
