deplorable customer service. Initially you shipped the wrong heater (UK regulator) so I had to wait to get it collected and a new one sent. Then it stopped working during the 1st year of operation. I brought it to a local calor gas seller who was unable to ignite it and several people tried to fix it. I contacted you on support and had to write back 3 more times within a week to get a response. You then took my heater back for repair. Today you advise that there is nothing wrong with it and to get my property back I have to pay €25. I have esclated this to CCPC.
