very helpful staff trying to overcome the inadequacies of a very poor public facing website, inadequate stock, poor stock control and and simply abysmal internal IT systems.
My latest experience ? two and half hours to establish that none of the items I wanted were physically on the premises despite systems saying that they were, with staff battling with IT systems in order to attempt to supply parts of 'kits' that ought to have been in stock.
So much for professional service and "our extensive range of expert photography equipment"
