I had a bit of a wait at the counter as all the staff were busy. When I was served, which in reality was probably only after a five minute wait, the guy at the counter was great. Turns out we're both fans of the Fuji X series and in fairness he didn't have a very difficult job selling me an XT-10! I just wanted to have a first hand look at the camera before forking out eight big ones for it. The chap spent a good amount of time explaining the features of the camera to me and even threw in a little extra when we agreed the sale. I much prefer to buy these kind of goods from an actual shop rather than on-line as I know if there are any issues I can just go back and speak to someone face to face, rather than having to cough up postage etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Calumet to anyone who cares about photography.
