Great service, friendly staff and speedy delivery. My only issue, and the reason I did not give 5 stars, relates to the identity confirmation process I had to go through before the order could be accepted. This was after and independent from payment by credit card and was designed to prevent fraud. Very commendable in principle but the questions I was asked to answer over the phone provided just the sort of information a fraudster would seek. An uncomfortable situation which a manger at Calumet said he would take up.
