Excellent service and help in store, the advice and suggestions I received were very much appreciated. I ordered a set of LEE ND soft grad filters, a filter holder kit, and adaptor ring, and this was all very easy. I had to wait a long time as I understand that my filters were made to order, so I had no problem with the longer waiting time. My only small criticism was in the level of contact with the store whilst I was waiting. I sent a couple of emails to ask how things were progressing after waiting around two weeks, and unfortunately I had nor reply at all. I do understand that things take extra time for more specialist items, but just a quick look through the system and a brief reply would have been sufficient. When I popped into the store after about 4 weeks, a very kind and helpful staff member checked through my order on the system and I could see the stock had left the warehouse, so it was a shame they couldn't have done this for me sooner with a quick email. It was a shame as when you are spending a little more money on something, it is reassuring to know that everything is in hand. Despite this, I have always received great service every time I have visited the Edinburgh store, and I am very happy with this particular purchase. I hope my comments might just be something to think about for other customers in the future. Many thanks for your help!
