Phoned to reserve the Loweprow bag that I wanted. Lady on the phone was very helpful and checked the the item was still in stock at the Manchester store and took a small deposit to secure it. I visited the Manchester store a few,days later and the bag was awaiting my collection. Very happy with both the price and the service
