I regularly shop at Calumet in Glasgow, I find the staff very knowledgable and friendly. They always make an effort to guide you the the right piece of equipment for you and although I find it a bit more expensive than some other options, the advice and service you receive helps make up for that. The staff also make an effort to remember your name, it's a small thing but makes a big difference.
