The products where easy to find, view and buy on the website. I liked that you rang me to confirm the order as part of your security process which gives peace of mind. I was pleased to receive the order the next working day as per promise but not so happy that all of the order didn't arrive without an explanation. However, when I emailed my enquiry I had a quick response and the matter was dealt with efficiently and items received next day despite it being a Saturday delivery, so big smiles :)
