I chose Calumet, not because they were a company that I know and regularly used, but because they offered the item I wanted at the best price. I saw the item I wanted for sale by Calumet via amazon, but wanting to cut out the Amazon affiliate I went directly to Calumet. The service was quick and efficient and I was not waiting long at all for my item. In fact it came exactly the day that was promised on the email. I felt like I was kept up-to-date with the order status and this was reassuring. I would definitely use Calumet again, as the mixture of good service and competitive pricing actually allows me to support and independent company and avoid using a bigger player like Amazon. Thanks!
