This time it was fine. On previous occasions I've had to walk out when staff have been chatting on the phone and have totally ignored me, or, when I have asked for something on the phone and asked them to ring back (which they offered to do), they just haven't bothered.
I started an account with the predecessors of Calument (Keith Johnson, Pelling, KJP etc) in 1972 and service has deteriorated substantially. Certainly nothing like as good as it was.
