My Canon 1DX would not turn on, I spoke to Calumet Manchester who said to take it to them and they would send it back to Canon UK under warranty. I did not buy my camera from them so thought this was really good of them. When I took it into store they told me to go on to Canon's website and become a CPS member and to let them have the membership number I was allocated and they would attach to camera to speed up repair. I received a call telling me Canon had the camera but were waiting for a spare part so it would take about 1 week, I could have a replacement camera if I wanted but chose not to. Sure enough the following week I was told it was returned to them did I want to collect it or would I like it posting. They posted it to me free of charge. As usual the staff go above and beyond to keep you in touch with what is happening. I always find staff friendly and helpful and would recommend Calumet to anybody.
