My order online for a Nikon lens was for pre 9am delivery and the courier let us down. Calumet staff were really helpful trying to tract down the package and resole the issue of getting the lens re-delivered at another time.
Very impressed with the committed "personal" service which was delivered.
In the world of online purchasing customer service does not always rate very highly in some businesses, but I was pleased too discover that is not the case with Calumet.
