Service in store (Edinburgh) was very good, despite not having required items in stock. I initially thought that I would then buy elsewhere, but I was assured that every item could be delivered by Tues (changed to Wed, before midday) when it was realised Mon was a public holiday) so I changed my mind and went ahead with my order, accepting these assurances.
However, these assurances turned out to be worthless, since only one item has arrived!
