Straight away a friendly costumer service as you step through the door. Great prices and fantastic offers. I bough a camera that included a transport bag but unfortunately they didn't have it in stock. That was not a problem to me though. They very kindly offered to send it to me as soon as it came in stock and so they did. Delivered with Fedex in a matter of 3 days.
