I am fairly new to photography and I was after a Tripod case and had been unsuccessful finding a suitable size. Calumet offed a good range of their own cases in a range of sizes. I thought a small would be suitable but there was no stock available in Birmingham to try. Following emails between myself and Calumet Birmingham they arranged for one to be transferred from another store for me to try. I had a phone call to say it was in store and they would hold it for me. When i tried the case it was too small but following some great service and advice form the Birmingham store i purchased a medium size case. What is more they had a Bank Holiday offer on and i was given a 30% discount. Great product. Great Service. Great advice would highly recommend Calumet for all you Photography needs how ever big or small. I would certainly not hesitate to visit them again for help and advice with a great friendly service.
