Before I ordered, I rang to ask a technical question regarding the product, the Calumet 2.4hz Quad radio trigger. The lady answering my call was courteous and sought a second opinion from her colleague as she was not 100% sure about my question. Within minutes, I was given an answer that enabled me to confirm my order. This was on bank holiday Monday, and to my surprise the product was delivered on the following Wednesday. All I can say is that I thought it was excellent service, and I will be using Calumet in the future.
