The product that I ordered was great but I was not too happy with the customer service.
The complaint I have is that I didn't get any email notifications on progress of the order. This is something that other companies I have ordered from have provided and is very helpful when you're running a business as it means that I don't have to keep logging in and checking my online account to see the order progress. This would have been very helpful as my order of 2 items arrived in 2 parts over separate days. I had no notification that this would be happening and was disappointed as it meant that I could not use the equipment that I had needed quite urgently as a replacement. I had to contact Calumet staff to find out that the order was being shipped in 2 parts from 2 different stores. If this had been emailed to me then I wouldn't have had to waste a considerable amount of time contacting staff to find out why I had only received 1 part of the order. They then gave me a tracking number then but this would have been more helpful if I had got it in the 1st place rather than having to ask for it.
