Things have changed a lot in the last couple of years when I was asked to fill out one of these and I told the truth. It was followed up with a phone call and things started to change. I received a great amount of help and enthusiasm with regards to my Russian Fuji XE2 drama from the Manchester office and I've just had another good experience in both London and Manchester with remote flash problems solved with a friendly wink when my battery charge problems vanished in embarrassment when shown how to put the battery in properly! So no longer does one need to be an attractive Scandinavian student with no intention of spending any money to get good service and attention.
