Having bought a couple of (small) things online a while ago, I was somewhat surprised to discover the shop is less than 5 miles from where I work! Popped in after a recommendation from a friend, and was duly very impressed by the quality of service and knowledge of the staff. Being the clumsy, ahem, person I am, I managed to totally remove the sliding grip from my nice new Lowepro backpack; took it back in a couple of days later, and the problem was speedily and easily fixed for me. Very happy guy here, and would heartily recommend Calumet to anyone who asks. (And anyone who doesn't, too!!)
