Staff member Tom was more than helpful with my purchase. Told me everything I needed to know about the delivery process and the time it would take to arrive in store. I recieved a phone call 2 days later to say that the items were ready to pick up. On the day I was picking up my products I was running late so rang ahead to say so, Tom and Adele (the members of staff working) stayed open an extra 10 minutes so I could collect my items. I ran from the station all the way to the store, I was a sweaty mess and they were fantastic, offering me water and giving me a chance to catch my breath as well as having a joke. EXCELLENT customer service and great members of staff. Will definitely be returning.
