Technical product support is excellent.
Interest free payment terms for 24 months was great for my personal needs as this means it doesn't get noticed by the wife radar!!
But seriously, it allows users like me to explore products which would not normally be affordable, couple this with the extras my local store throws in as part of the deal gives the company a very happy customer.
I prefer Calumet to Jessups as I feel they understand their customers and needs exactly.
