Very helpful staff, who listened to my requirements and brought out a variety of items for me to inspect and try out. This allowed me to make the best selection and purchase the item that best suited my needs.
I then asked a number of questions related to technical aspects of some equipment I already owned, seeking advice about how alterations could be made to fit different items together - good advice was offered.
Altogether a very pleasant and beneficial experience.
