As always the service was great at the Edinburgh store , the team there meld together quite well , first class advice and absolutely no pressure , it's almost as if the staff don't want you to buy anything (in a good way) , they simply lay down the facts , take your needs and navigate you to the product that will best suit you and your requirements . Calumet may be slightly more expensive than other retailers , but I know that I am well vested in anything I purchase from calumet . Recently I purchased a canon 5d Mkiii , already owning a Mkii , I was asked by a member of the staff what my intentions were for the Mkii ? "I'm not sure but given the feel of the Mkiii I think that I will probably sell it " Well - rather than pitch me a 'wonderful' trade in which I'm sure would have left me short of a pound or two ! They simply offered to give my old camera body a full service and sensor clean completely free of charge so that it would be in tip top condition for the new owner . I think this is normally 50-75 pounds , so , pretty decent of them . Service like that is very very hard to find . 5 stars once again . With to particular credit to the manager , his mannerism makes him a born leader and his team are a credit to him .
