I would say that the staff on the floor were very helpful and knowledgeable . At the checkout it was less great an experience. I bought some products at a 10% discount on one of your discount days but the guy at the till omitted to put on the discount so I had to tell him about this. So , a mixed bag , really. I think , though , that the service at Calumet is a lot better than it used to be in the old days !!
