I felt that my recent problem returning a damaged lens caused by the breakage of my Sunsnipe Strap was dealt with too slowly and without enough contact with me but overall it was dealt with fairly. The staff can be slightly aloof in their behaviour towards me. I don't enjoy my shopping experience because of that.
