The purchase of the goods was excellent; it could not have been quicker an easier. The collection of the same from Euston, London was painfully slow. I had to queue to be seen, person(s) in front wanting advice, then they could not find my order. Eventually, with two people searching they found my order. I told them who took my order by telephone and who said tehy would put the goods to oneside for collection. It was too diificult (?) for them to call the guy and ask where he had put my order. When they did find it I had to wait for loads of paperwork to be produced by them nothwithstanding that I had the receipt for my purchase with me and ID. Great for internet and in store purchases but do not try and prepay and collect !
