Recently, I used mail order to buy a roll of film from Calumet. It arrived in a timely manner in good condition. Prior to this, I bought from them a Fuji S5 and promptly lost a small fitting. Thinking that there had been a point in not buying from a box shifter, I sought assistance at the store from where I had purchased the camera. I was told that they were unable to help. So, I approached the importers who directed me to the Fuji website and I simply ordered the part which arrived promptly. Also, I used a credit card to buy a place on a Calumet lecture. The lecture was cancelled. I had to ask for my refund and when I checked my credit card statement, I found that I had been short changed by an amount that I assume was a service charge for using a credit card.
