I have paid for a portable battery pack for my flash but it is not in stock; your service should include a way of keeping me informed of the likely date of the purchase being available and when it is likely to be despatched. So far, you have only acknowledged receiving my payment. If I were to buy from Amazon and other online retailers, they would make it clear that they valued my purchase, were aware of the item being out of stock but would clearly indicate what is likely to happen next and this would be reassuring. Your service seems remote; and I hope I won't be forgotten.
