Purchased bowens lights and found them to be substandard and kept overheating when not being even used, just switched on! I was informed by Calumet that "they were aware of the problem but were not prepared to do anything". After threatening with court I finally received a refund.
I have used Calumet for many years because the Milton Keynes trade counter is very convenient. I will however be very unlikely to ever use them again.
