Over the years I have spent a lot of money with Calumat and have regarded them as a one stop shop. Until I purchased a simple cokin filter. Becasue of the way the Cokin filters numbers are set up, I managed to order the same filter twice. Reading the delivery note it said the item could not be returned because it was a special order although the filter was a common graduated one. it was not mentioned as a special order on the Calumet website. I re-ordered the filter from another on line retailer, it arrived next day and was cheaper. Will now shop around. Calumet Not a one stop shop !
