Very good telephone service, advice and order fulfillment. Only downside is despite asking parcel bear no company name/logo (purchase was a gift and recipient fully aware of Calumets product range) not only did the parcel arrive with emblazoned logo but I then received not 1 but 2 copy invoices complete with emblazoned company logo which gift recipient picked up. Consequence was birthday surprise spoiled:(
