Very experienced and helpful staff , the only problem I had was the camera I wanted was in the soho branch and I was in the Euston branch , I asked if the camera could be couriered over but they said this was not possible as the mark up was too low despite the fact that I was spending £2600 , but the Euston branch still wanted me to make payment there and find my own way to the soho branch , thought it was a bit unfair .
