I have always been impressed by the product knowledge of branch staff. In my recent customer experience I found that no attempt was made to sell me more than I needed. I would also like to see the Glasgow branch transfer to larger premises so that product lines had more floor space. A wish for the future is that major camera manufacturers demonstate more of their products and hold workshops in store.
