Been a customer since early 1980's in Manchester, then Edinburgh and now Bristol. - still good service but just get used to one member of staff and they go, so not a lot of consistency (except good ol' Andy Johnson). Still very helpful and knowledgable at the Bristol branch. Just do something about that bloody awful door chime!
