I've been a regular Calumet customer for several years and the service has always been spot on, staff both at the sales counters and the rental counter are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and always going the extra mile to try and help. I may be able to get a "cheaper" deal online, but I value the great customer service and quality of products I get from Calumet above the pure pricing consideration, and that strategy has served me well long term. Calumet discount schemes for account holders, rental equipment loyalty cards and promotions of special price reductions are also very useful. I'm particularly impressed by staff at Drummond Street, the shop I mostly use (in addition to occasional phone/website orders from Calumet). Both rental and sales staff are always happy to take time for a chat about the equipment purchased and are happy to advise on the best solution, rather than simply go for the quick sale. Not and easy thing to do in a cut-throat retail environment, hope you'll continue with the fab service-led approach. Cheers Calumet!
