I could have bought my new camera and lens cheaper from Amazon. However, with a product as complex and costly as this, I wanted to get it right and to get the feel of the camera/lens combination before purchase. Being a newcomer to the world of DSLR, I also wanted expert advice. I got everything I needed from Calumet. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and I came away confident that I had made the right choice. I also value the possibility of consulting an expert if problems arise. The extra money is well worth it!
