From the time I ordered my item, to receiving it here at home was just over 23 hours, and with a 'free delivery' included at that, an outstanding service for sure. My item was very well packaged and would probably have withstood being bounced a few times (not that I tried it), I just wish all mail order services were as efficient as this. My monitor is now calibrated, and the device was just perfect for what I needed.
