I am a novice photographer and was dubious about going into such a large and 'professional looking' shop. My fears were soon undone though as I was treated with courtesy, respect and the staff did not treat me as an idiot. They explained everything that I needed to know, and I never felt I was wasting their time. Tommy, the guy who served me, spent time with me and went over absolutely anything I was unsure about. Will I go there again, most certainly. Shopping for stuff I was unsure about was a pleasure.
