My web order was for unknown reasons rejected by your website which I found very poor. I was then cut off whilst talking to a member of staff trying to sort it out. In the end I placed a telephone order for which the sales staff member was very helpful and understanding.
So 5* for your sales team, 2* for the website order. Impossible to rate with the above, I have just given average overall i.e. neither good nor bad.
