Well, I'm a Wex Photographic kind photographer, but decided to give Calumet a go because the had a 0% interest on some items I wanted. One if my items worth well over£1500 came open and with the battery missing. Two days after receiving my battery and conducting some tests I've realised the item was faulty. Customer service were very nice, had it all replaced with a brand new item within a week. So my only complaint is that tgeir warehouse should manage themselves better, I've never had this problem with Wex and I've been using them for over three years. Will I use Calumet again? It the deal is right, yes, most likely.
