Fantastic - great people on the phone. Clean and quick web site - really easy to find an item and add to basket. I found the online application for interest free credit very easy to use and I was really amazed to complete the application on a Thursday and have the order delivered the next morning. The only slight wrinkle was that some order items were showing as In Stock when I ordered but they didn't arrive in my parcel. I called and it was quickly explained that they would follow up in a separate delivery when they were back in stock. I tiny bit frustrating, but not a deal breaker. Great service all round. Thanks
