Generally excellent customer service. Prices are fair, though not always the cheapest, and delivery is good. Would have given 5 stars but......
I experienced problems when applying to make use of their 24 month credit terms, which I believe was down to staff error when keying my information. I would suggest that in future the customer is either asked to enter the information themselves or at least is given the opportunity to check it prior to submission.
