All the staff were friendly and very helpful as we as knowing their stuff. The lady in charge there is professional, to the point, doesn't mess about but neither does she give you the hard sell. I went in for a few bits and pieces and came with a great deal on a second hand Nikon. I was in the Birmingham branch for quite a while with my two small girls and the staff didn't bat an eyelid at the wonderings and busy fingers of the children. It's rare these days to have a pleasant shopping experience with the kids in tow and I'll definately be going back there. Head office, give the staff at this branch a pay rise, they deserve it !!
