I can see that what would appear to have been a staff reduction has left the customer service side of things down a bit
Having dealt with calumet for over 10 years I have seen a marked change.
Whilst I am very happy with the products purchased, I found lack of product knowledge and lack of stock level knowledge a bit furstrating ,there was also no up selling and I found myself home with other items needed for the equipment bought, a knowledge of the products would have lead to more sales on the day rather than a follow up on line
