What once was a great company has fallen into mediocrity, they are rude instore and ignore you online. Never really offer an actual solution to the numerous problems they cause, instead make you feel like it's your fault.
Too many competitors out there to accept this poor level of customer service. I would strongly advise to look elsewhere.
