The service i received from the Manchester calumet staff was very good. The service i received from the repair company was poor to normal. I waited 8 weeks for shutter repair on my NIKON D800 Camera; when returned the diaopter and eyepiece was missing?
, making another trip from Lancashire into Manchester necessary to have this problem corrected. I had a job the very next day and need this sorted asap, Jack from repairs was great though as he added a spare diaopter that the store onto my camera. Therefore i did not have to wait extra days for it to sent.
