The service from Calumet was great & the film was dispatched without fuss promptly. However the courier company used did their best to ruin a good service. I missed first delivery, rang up arranged another time, didn't show up, after 4 days waiting went to pick up in person, they couldn't the item! Thankfully a diligent employer delivered in person, in his own time, which I am very grateful for. But Calumet might want to review using Fed Ex in this region in future?
