Once I dealt with the store manager (Jamie) I found both him, the staff and the store in Drummond Street, London very friendly, helpful and with an amazing array of manufacturers displaying their products - easy to handle and try out!
Sadly when the items I purchased were delivered some of the smaller boxes were damaged in transit but the hardly the fault of calumet I suspect.
I would recommend this store and the company based on my experience of the staff and service received :-)
