Just ordered my new printer online in the Calumet Christmas Sale, a real bargain! I was genuinely excited and like a kid was keen to collect quickly from the Edinburgh store even though was supposed to wait for an acknowledgement email from Calumet. I called the head office number who immediately arranged with the Edinburgh store for me to uplift that day, they even called me back to confirm everything was in hand. Perfect, helpful and no nonsense service!! Thank you Calumet and all the best for 2016.
